RITUALS

At Essential Rose Life, we approach beauty through ritual.  Beauty is a way that you relate to yourself and your world that determines not only what you do (or wear), but how you do it. Our specialized rituals of self-care nourish the skin and transform your daily routine into an experience of healing self-love. 


THE AWAKEN RITUAL

The way we awaken each morning sets the tone for how our day unfolds.  Use these tools to navigate your day with clarity, self-love, and genuine heart-opening. 

STEP 1

Mist Sacred Presence above the head and face upon waking.

RITUAL: Close the eyes and take a deep breath.  As the mist falls onto your skin, notice your awareness expand up through the crown of your head and down into the Earth.  Feel your heart open. Settle into your sweet presence.

MEDITATION: "I am intimately connected with the universe, and supported to be fully present through the unfolding of my life." 

STEP 2

Massage Rose Gold Face Oil into the face and neck after toning. 

RITUAL: Rub the oil between the palms of your hands and bring to your face. Inhale deeply and allow the aroma to soften your heart and connect you with your feminine essence. Apply to the skin to nourish and regenerate the cells. 

MEDITATION: "I nourish my feminine essence on a cellular, emotional, and spiritual level."    

STEP 3

For a caffeinated wake up, brew a warm cup of Morning Tea.

RITUAL: Bring the cup of tea to your face and inhale the fruity, robust aroma before taking your first sip. Choose a quiet place and enjoy your entry to the day in peace. 

MEDITATION: "I am energized and empowered to take on the richness of my day."

STEP 4: 

For a non-caffeinated wake up, brew a cup of Clearseeing Tea.

RITUAL: Allow the minty, aromatic blend to stimulate and inspire the senses as you cozy up with your cup. Get out your journal to jot down any thoughts that come to you. 

MEDITATION: "I am a clear and focused channel for ideas and inspiration to flow through." 



THE SOOTHE RITUAL

When life gets stressful and we feel out of control, the best medicine can be to slow down and come back to our breath.  These tools soothe the emotions and promote instant relaxation.     

STEP 1

Mist Lavender Light above the head and face when met with stressful situations.

RITUAL: Close the eyes and take a deep breath.  Allow the comforting scent to uplift and brighten your mood. Freshen and tone the skin as you access your inner joy.

MEDITATION: "I am light and vibrant and able to navigate life with fluidity and ease."

STEP 2

Anoint the pressure points with Sedate Oil during feelings of overwhelm.

RITUAL: Roll the oil onto the wrists, temples, back of ears and the neck to connect with the aroma fully. Feel the scent cool and tranquilize the senses, creating a wave of deep calm. 

MEDITATION: "I am cool and serene as a still lake and I approach situations with peace of mind.”
